Remington Rand
Remington Rand is a seasoned real estate professional and visionary entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience. As the founder of Rand Properties—a pioneering real estate firm based in Richmond, VA—Remington has consistently challenged industry norms, driven by a passion for innovation that began when he started in real estate at just 23. Frustrated by inconsistent information and outdated technology, he co-founded Propified in 2020. Spotting an opportunity amid growing legal challenges to the National Association of Realtors’ longstanding monopoly, Remington is dedicated to transforming the real estate landscape into a smarter, more efficient experience.
Outside the boardroom, Remington’s adventurous spirit shines through. A lifelong enthusiast of dirt bikes and manual transmission cars, he balances his professional drive with family time alongside his wife, Anne, their son William, and his loyal blind dog, Tophe. His enduring friendship with Propified’s CTO, Will—dating back to their high school days at Roanoke Catholic—adds a unique, personal dynamic to their mission of industry-wide change.
Will Urbanski
Will is a forward-thinking technology leader whose expertise lies at the intersection of software engineering and artificial intelligence. As CTO at Propified, he brings valuable experience from his leadership roles at industry pioneers like Stripe, Datadog, and Dell.
With a proven track record of building high-performing engineering teams, Will specializes in cloud infrastructure, software architecture, and implementing practical AI solutions that drive business value. His innovative approach to technology development has resulted in four patents and multiple publications in prestigious journals, including IEEE Security & Privacy.
As a veteran of the Silicon Valley startup ecosystem, Will brings invaluable experience from the fintech, SaaS, and PaaS sectors. His comprehensive background in software design, cloud infrastructure, and AI implementation positions Propified to revolutionize the real estate industry through intelligent, scalable technology solutions.
Sam Pietrzak
Sam Pietrzak is a dynamic freelance designer with an eclectic skill set that spans web, app, and product design. Guided by a deep-rooted curiosity, he thrives on uncovering “aha” moments that push creative and technological boundaries. Together with a strong foundation in UX — leveraging AI, low-code solutions, and user-centric methodologies, Sam consistently delivers cutting-edge digital experiences that push boundaries.
With an M.S. in Experience Design from the prestigious VCU Brandcenter, Sam has honed a multifaceted skill set that embraces both artistry and functionality. His passion for creative problem-solving, coupled with an eye for the unexpected, empowers him to transform complex challenges into sleek, engaging, and future-proof solutions.
